How it works
Stems are cut the morning of your delivery or pickup window, conditioned on-farm, and in your hands within hours — not after a week in a cold-chain pallet.
Individuals and designers order by the stem. Florist shops order by the bunch, with standing-order pricing for regular weekly lifts.
Pick up at the farm in Dover during our visit hours, or we deliver within roughly thirty miles of Dover on orders that meet the weekly minimum.
The 2026 field
Six specimens for the opening season. Plates numbered in order of harvest. Supply varies week to week with weather and cut cycle — we confirm availability before finalizing every order.
Centaurea cyanus
Direct-sown tall mix in blues, pinks, and whites. An airy filler with a generous vase life — our workhorse for early-summer bouquets. Long, wiry stems with that unmistakable frilled button.
Helianthus annuus
Branching heirloom with warm-tone blooms — mahogany, bronze, gold, and the occasional bicolor. Multiple stems per plant and cuts continuously once it starts. The backbone of our late-summer harvest.
Gypsophila elegans
Classic airy white filler, delicate and cloud-like. Best fresh — imported product is almost always tired on arrival. Succession sown so we can hold a steady July–August window.
Cosmos bipinnatus
Daisy-form blooms on wiry stems — colors move from white through soft pink to deep crimson. Movement and airiness, with ferny foliage that reads almost wild in arrangements. A wedding designer’s workhorse.
Zinnia elegans
Tall cut-flower zinnia with large double blooms in a bold color range — saturated reds, hot pinks, oranges, and creams. Stems specifically bred for florist use: long, clean, and surprisingly sturdy.
Zinnia elegans 'Pumila'
Shorter double-flowered zinnia in pastel tones — blush, apricot, butter yellow, soft coral. Perfect for shorter hand-tied bouquets, bud vases, and tablescape work where scale matters.

Tell us which varieties caught your eye and how many stems you want. Pickup is free at the farm during visit hours. Local delivery within roughly thirty miles of Dover is available on orders meeting our weekly minimum — we'll confirm the fee and window in the reply.
For florists
Most wholesale flowers spend five to seven days in a cold chain before they reach a designer's bucket. Ours spend less than one. That difference shows up in vase life, bloom opening, and the way a bouquet holds on the table through an event.
