Shipping & Returns

We're a small Pennsylvania farm, and how you receive your order depends on what you bought and where you are. Here's what to expect.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available to addresses within roughly 30 miles of the farm, subject to availability. Delivery fees and windows are shown at checkout where eligible.

Shipping

  • Shippable items are sent via standard carriers; a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.
  • We ship only shelf-stable items. Perishable goods (fresh flowers, eggs, produce) are local delivery only.
  • Orders typically ship within a few business days. You will receive tracking when available.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Returns & refunds

  • Perishable goods (cut flowers, eggs, produce, nursery plants) are non-returnable. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • Shelf-stable, unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product price.
  • Hemp-derived products may only be returned if unopened and with the tamper seal intact, within 14 days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where an item was damaged or sent in error.

Booking & event cancellations

Farm visits, tours, and workshops follow the cancellation window shown at the time of booking (typically 24 hours' notice for a refund). We'll work with you on weather-related rescheduling.

How to start a return or report a problem

Email hello@runamuckfarmspa.com with your order number and a description (and photos, for damaged items). We're a family farm and we want you happy.
