Flowers pull water all night and stop the moment sun hits them, so a stem cut in the dark comes up full and cold and holds days longer than the same stem cut at noon. That is the entire trick. No foam, no preservative, just timing.
Everything here got harvested by headlamp and conditioned in cold water before dawn, and every bouquet was built specifically for this weekend.
